It would have been nice if you had mentioned your category in the question as the cutoff is different for different categories however assuming you to be from general quota I would say you have ample chances of getting admission in CU Punjab . The cutoff for general category is usually aroung 65 or 64 in the first round but it may come down to 60 or even 59 in subsequent rounds depending on the number of seats available after round one. All in all your marks are enough to fetch you a seat. All the best.
