Hello,
For admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, candidates should secure minimum 75% marks (65% for SC/ST students) in the qualifying examination or must be in top 20 percentile in class 12th examination conducted by respective boards. Since you have scored 67.19 % , your only hope to get into NIT'S, IIT'S is that you should be under the top 20 percentile in your respective board. Well it depends on the highest percentage scored in your 12th in your respective board.Percentile indicates how many students have been outperformed by you in exam.Top 20 percentile means that you are ahead of 80% of the people.

No, in order to get admission into NITs or IIITs you need to score minimum of 75% in class 12 no matter of which education board (for general category student) and for sc/st the aggregate required is 65%. Hence, you're not eligible for mains until and unless you improve your percentage through improvement.

You told only one way. He can get admission in jee if it comes in top 20 percentile. In bihar board top twenty percentile is 293 for general in 2019. So you can calculate your marks and check either you are elligible or not
