Yes ofcourse, for doing any Bachealor course after your higher secondary education you can do any course in which you are interested if you are from that stream and you have passed in your 12th boards.As You want to do B.Com in human resource management, you can do that only if you are from commerce or maths field or may be Biology is also included.
