As you have got 71% in 12th board examinations.For getting admission in a good state level government colleges you have to get atleast 75% in the 12th board and also have to clear the cutoff of JEE mains and same criteria is for the NIT and IIT also,along with that your rank should be under 1lakh for that.Otherwise private colleges and universities can also be good option for B.Tech in CSE.

Hi Mohit,

Since you are just looking for a college through your 12th marks and not through any entrance examination like JEE or WBJEE, you cannot get any Government college.

But, you can definitely get a PRIVATE college that conducts its own entrance test like Symbiosis Pune which conducts its own entrance exam called SET for admissions in B.Tech course.
