i have scored 10 CGPA in class 10, 79.6% in my class 12 and 8 CGPA in my bachelor's degree (B Parma). How much percentile do i need to score in CAT to get a call from old IIMs ?

Harsh, The cut offs vary every year depending on various factors such as difficulty of the exam, no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified for the next round and Repute of the Institute. In general, the cut offs for old IIMs goes over 99 percentile. You haven't mentioned your Category either.
If you look at the selection criteria of the old IIMs, each one has a different process.
IIM A has the following percentiles as the minimum cut offs for 2019 across all Categories.

And then work experience is considered too for those Candidates who have it. The scores from each level of studies are added up. And the no.of Candidates shortlisted per each Category will be as follows:
UR: 100
NC-OBC, Trans: 57
SC: 32
ST: 16
PWD: 6

Going by your scores, you get atleast 23 marks from your 10th, 12th and B.Pharma. If you do not have any work experience, you will have to score nothing less than 95% to be selected in IIM A.
IIM B requires a minimum 4 years of work experience if you want to be shortlisted for their programme. Their cut off looks like this:

You have more of a chance getting shortlisted for IIM C going by your Academic marks from 10th, 12th and B.Pharmacy. You should have scored atleast 95 percentile in CAT to be shortlisted for IIM C. Usually, the CAT cutoff for old IIMs and top B-schools such as FMS (University of Delhi), MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR Mumbai, etc. goes over 99 percentile . New IIMs including IIM Sambalpur, IIM Ranchi, etc. and other top B-schools have cutoff 90 percentile and above.
