I have scored 106 marks in SITEEE 2019 so can I get admission in CS or IT field ?

Hello Aspirant,
According to previous year trend, the chance for you to get Computer science is less as the cutoff for it is usually around 120, but you may be able to get a seat in the branch of Information technology whose cutoffs are around 105-110. so you may get the IT branch in it.
