The following is the Qualifying cutoff for NEET for various categories
UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
Since you have secured 125 marks in NEET you won't be eligible for counselling and thus won't be able to grab seats in Medical colleges of your state.
My recommendation to you will be to appear again for NEET 2021 and score good marks in order for you to secure government medical seats in Jammu and Kashmir. You can refer to the NEET knockout plan for help with your preparation
