Go with NITs!!! See the branch u choose is solely dependent on ur passion and least on the college u choose. Always give preference to the branch and not to the college because college is only 4 yrs but the branch stays for the entire life!

congrats for such a good score in JEE main i suggest you to go for the NITs as you will excel the life in the NITS while coming to branch you go as per your interest as all branches are good while i suggest you not for BITS because it a private the cost of education is high
