Hey Sanjana, You have scored 142 marks in NEET 2019 then your marks for very low. No doubt cutoff this year is 107 but with these marks, you will not be able to get admission in any good college as your marks are quite low for that. If you want to become a doctor seriously on a higher level with good studies then you must drop for that and in dropping year you must be very serious that is you will have to give 10-12hrs study daily if you are at home and 8-10hrs study daily if you are taking coaching. If you want to take admission on these bases of marks only then you can check the colleges available for you and there you can choose the best college for you but that will not be much beneficial.
