It is really a tragic situation if I m considering you as
A general category student then U can't even apply for any nits as it is being already mention that to get into any nits one must have atleast scored 75 percentage in your 12th standard .
Or else if u belong to any sc or st category then congrats you can apply for some nits as sc and st had a percentage cutoff of 65 percent .
As per 2018 cutoffs
U can apply for any branch in nit uttrakhand according to home state quota if you are from there.
If u r from karnataka then according to homestate quota u can get metallurgical , mining engineering chemical and civil engineering at nit karnataka in special round .
All considering home state quota.
1.nit surat (ece , chemical )
2.nit roulkela mostly 5 year integrated course
But under other state category it will be really difficult for you to get into any nits with this category rank.
Hope it helps !!!
If you are from Cbse board then I'm sorry to inform you that you need a minimum of 75% or you should be in top 20 percentile(considering the fact that you are from obc category)to get any college from Jee mains.
But if you are from any other board check if you fall in top 20 percentile of that respective board.
Josaa prepares a list of top 20 percentile every year, so do check that.
Sorry to tell you but for nits, you have to score minimum 75% in 12th board exams or be in the top 20 percentile in 12 th exams. Though there is a relaxation for sc/st as their required marks are above 65%. As you're an obc, you have not qualified the boards marks criteria for nit/iiit/gfti.
