i have scored 18000 rank in ipu and from delhi and i have obc and defecne quota as well so i can get good college in ipu?

Getting core branches in good college is little bit difficult as your rank is less and also you belongs to OBC category but you can get someother branches.You can predict the availabilty of college through below college predictor.
