i have scored 202 marks. My AIR is 460000 and my Category Rank is 200000. May i know whether i will able to get Medical seat???

As per your rank, chances would be less to get a seat in medical colleges through All India Counseling or state counseling. However, you can try in Deemed Universities. Also, you can use the NEET College Predictor Tool to check your college admission chances based on your rank, home state, category, etc.
