These marks are too less, as you are from general category atleast you should have secured 450+. 96% you cannot get any colleges. There are certain colleges where just clearing of neet is required inorder to provide you with a seat, For example Balaji Medical college etc. Last year minimum qualifying was 134 for neet. This year for general category it is fifty percentile and other categories require forty percentile. But for sure you cannot get government college, as this year's competition for seats is too high.
