I have scored 251 in icar ug 2019. i belong to obc category. do i have any chances?

Hello,

As you have mentioned that your ICAR UG score is 251 marks which indeed is somewhat less to get a seat in the government colleges... And you fall under obc category.  Let me tell you that there is only little difference between the cutoff for a obc category candidate and a general category candidate.. See, 251 marks are bit low to fetch a seat for you...
See, you will not get any sear in any government college in the starting rounds.. But don't loose hope, you have decent chances of getting a seat in the last rounds.  Or when the vacant seats will be filled, then you have good chances of getting a seat for you category....
