I have scored 259 in NEET 2019. What are my chances of getting a BDS seat in Sri Ramakrishna dental college, Coimbatore?

Considering the high competition this year, there is very little to no possibility of admissions in BDS for the score of 259 through government quota. You can try for Management quota/NRI quota.
Do not lose hope. Try the counselling. If it doesn't work, you can go for a drop year.
