Hey Ganesh,
Yes You can Avail. Government Quota in govt colleges As well as pvt colleges unless you are from UP as I know Reservation in UP medical colleges has been scrapped so please check it once.it will be a bit hard for you to get MBBS in any Government Colleges and same with BDS too as Cutoffs are high you can try for private colleges.

Hey there, you have scored 267 marks in NEET 2019 and you also belong to BC Category. Really that will be very helpful to you while taking admission in Government Funding Technical Institute (GFTI) as some special seats are being reserved for each and every special reserved category. Sorry to say but you will not be able to get admission in government colleges as your marks are quite low for that. But don't be sad you can get admission to good colleges on the basis of these marks.
I would personally suggest you to use the NEET Predictor and explore various colleges according to your category and home state quota and choose the best one for you as this college will be your future lifeline.
Greetings
You haven't mentioned your state of domicile , without which it's very difficult for me whether you will fetch a seat or not as fetching a seat depends upon your state of domicile, so lemme know your state of domicile so that I can help you.
