I have scored 300 marks in neet 2019.i ranked 257935, category rank is 113179, obc is my category will i get any government college ?

I am sorry to tell you but 300 marks is quite low and with marks a student from obc category like you will not get a seat in any government medical college not even under state quota.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
