I have scored 3182 (AIR) & 147 (SC) category rank in NIMCET-2018, am i eligible for MCA in NITs?

YES, you are eligible and you may get a seat into NIT on the basis of Category rank that you have secured.

You may need to wait for further round and may possible that till last round also.
