As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have almost no chance of getting government medical college in assam.
Last year cutoff trend for general category was aroumd to 420+ closing marks for the government medical college under the state quota benefit. And you have much less marks than that.

With a score of 344 in general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 470 was required to fetch one a seat in the Tezpur medical college, in the general category under the state quota.
