As per your question, i would say that your marks are good but not good enough to get you a government college as the cut off remains high atleast more than 450+ this year.
But you can apply for state counseling(only if you have domicile) or aiq counseling for government mbbs or bds seat and you might have some chances to get the college as you have category of esic and there are seats reserved in it. So you might try but chances are not much for any government college and not even fot slbs college. But depends on seat to student ratio ss total 100 seats are there for mbbs so, it also depends on the cut off of your category in that college. Try out for the counseling.
