I have scored 36 marks in JEE(Main) 2018 and my CRL rank is 4,08,899 and SC rank is 28,964. Can I get admission in DTU or NSIT?

Sir my sc rank is 16760 and CRL is 284000 so I can take admission in NSIT or dtu

Yes you may get admission in any of the one colleges you mention in SC category.admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .Apply only in SC category
Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's.
