I have scored 38 marks in CLAT ,I belong to Delhi and obc category can I get admission in IP University in Ba llb?

Considering your score, category status and domicile status it seems difficult for you to get admission in IPU. At such low score even category and domicile certificate won't help much. But you can definitely look forward to the cutoffs of following colleges of IP University:
- Delhi Metropolitan Education society
- BLS Institute of Technology Management
- Delhi Institute of Rural Development
- Sri Krishna College of Education
If there are enough vacant seats in the mentioned course, then you may get admissions.
However these are just prediction on the basis of past trends, there can be variations in the actual allotment.
