I have scored 396 in neet and belong to general category. Is there any chance of getting mbbs seat in Govt. or private colleges ?

There are no chances for you to get a seat in any government college with this much score as a general category candidate.
As 396 is not a good score and with this score you will find difficulties in having a seat in any good private college too.
I am not completely sure but you may get some private college in spot round.
