I have scored 40 percentile in Jee main 2019 and I'm a SC candidate ,will I get a government college OR NIT?

It is difficult to predict the college for your percentile. Because the official results are out on the month of April.

Use this formula to predict the rank:

Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.

This rank may differ from the official cutoff and rank.

It is difficult to predict the college go for college predictor I  provided in the answer otherwise you should wait for official Results released on April by national testing agency NTA.

Because this year the applicant's are more.
