Zahid, Father Muller's Medical College is a Minority Medical College. It is a Private Medical College and conducts admissions based on Govt. Quota, Management Quota and NRI Quota following General, OBC,SC,ST Category reservations. In 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 470

OBC:462

SC: 345

ST: 435

Now this is for Govt. Quota and with a score of 400, you might not get a seat under Government Quota and so you might have to try under Management Quota. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
