Hey Anjali,
Without officially released cut-off information by Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, the responsible authority to conduct NEET UG Counselling in Madhya Pradesh, we can't make any accurate comment regarding your admission possibilities in Madhya Pradesh.
Still as per our assumption and after thoroughly analysing the previous year's cut-off information I can assure you that despite being reserved (OBC) category student you don't have any kind of possibility to get any Government and private MBBS colleges in your residential state even through 85% State qouta with this marks. You can apply for several private BDS instituions which're genuinely suitable as per your performance and category, like:
- College of Dental Sciences, Rau, Indore
- Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry, Indore
- Maharana Pratap Dental College Gwalior
- Guru Gobind Singh Dental College Burhanpur
- Index Institute of Dental Sciences, Indore
- RKDF Dental College and Research Centre Bhopal
- And a few more.

Hello Anjali
Being OBC category candidate and 404 marks in NEET 2020 you can get BDS seat in government colleges under 85% state quota. You may get college like government dentistry Indore.
This analysis is based on previous year's cut off. Cut off changes every year and depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off etc.

Hey Anjali,
As per last years cutoff, chances of getting a AIQ seat or a government seat in state quota is very less. However, there is a good chance of you getting a private seat through state quota.
