Chances for a government college is quite extremely less. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private and deemed colleges. But let me remind you that the fee in deemed and private medical colleges will be quite expensive. Hope you get a seat as per your desire. If you are not ok with the fee then I would suggest you to take NEET for the second time. This year's competition is quite high, even the one who got 550+ failed to get a seat. Let me remind you that the one who got 720/720 was taking NEET for the second time. And kindly provide your category for more details.

Since you have not mentioned the name of college so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information about your admission chances in any college.
However on such marks if you belongs to General category, you have good chances of getting Private medical colleges in Gujarat under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
