you need to understand that getting a medical MBBS seat depends on multiple factors including your state the quota you apply from your category and it also and obviously your rank.
Your marks is not enough there for you won't be able to get good colleges if you belong to High court of states like Kerala Uttar Pradesh Delhi etc.

You have qualified NEET. However, since you have not mentioned your category and the domicile too, it is difficult to say which college you can get. Assuming you belong to general category, though it is a bit difficult, there are still chances for you to get government seat in MBBS colleges. Top colleges usually have their cutoff above 500 in majority of cases. However, private colleges have usually lesser cutoff. Also, in subsequent rounds after first round counselling, there is a possibility for you to get a seat.
