Hello Ashmeenjot, first of all congratulations for your NEET score of  425. Since you are from SC category you can definitely get a seat in government medical college Patiala, SC cutoff was 366 last year. Also your score easily fetches you the seat in government medical college Amritsar, SC cutoff was 363 last year. Best of luck.
