i have scored 431 in neet 2020 ug i belong to tamilnadu and mbc category will i able to get seat in government quota private self financing college?

With a score of around 431 , it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government quota in the private medical colleges as a score of 450 or above remained to be a safe zone last year. Also, ranks tend to change each year.
