As we all know this year cut off have increased drastically so as you have said you have obtained 440 marks and you belong from OBC category. So there are chances that you don't get admission in MBBS college under government quota while there are dental colleges in which you can get admission under 85% state government quota. This year, the cut offs have gone higher by 19 marks atleast and so with this score, MBBS is difficult. You might get a seat in Management quota but not in GMC. But you might get a seat in BDS in Colleges like:
