Dear Sir / Ma'm, with this score, you cannot really expect a government medical college if you are a general category student. However, you do have some chances if you belong to any reserved category. However, it would be appreciated if you state you category so that we can give you a detailed answer.
Considaering you as a genral category candidate you cannot get the seat in the govt. medical or detal college in West bengal. The cutoff marks for the West Bengal for the govt. medical college were 479 with the rank 29949 in Maldah Medical College, and the marks for the govt. dental college were 462 with the rank 37985 in Burdwan Dental college, Rajbati.
