Congratulations on scoring a good score in NEET UG examination. As per the previous year cutoff marks of government colleges in Kerela, it will be slightly difficult for you to get a government medical college at this score if you belong to the unreserved category, if you belong to a reserved category then you have good chances of converting all government colleges in Kerela.

As u haven't mentioned ur category so it is a bit difficult to say.
N for instance if I consider as general category, then there are very less chances to get govt MBBS seat.
However, the closing ranks fr different colleges keeps on changing so i would suggest you go for the counseling process.
