NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------)kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------)toughness level of the neet examination
------------)number of seats available
------------) the category you are frometc
Anyway,
when we go through previous year trends
>>>>>> With 450 marks,
You have extremely low chances for mbbs in government colleges in 15 % all india counselling anywhere dear be it karnataka or Maharashtra. For the same you should have got atleast around 600+ marks
Even for government medical colleges for MBBS under state quota your chances are very low
But yes,
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted for 100 % deemed university seats :-

Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for mbbs in 450 marks in all India quota as well as in 85% state quota in Karnataka state. For getting government mbbs seat you need to score around 570 in state quota and 600+ in all India quota for general category. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff. As you know the number of students appeared in the exam is highest in Maharashtra and uttar pradesh so the cutoff for this state is going to remain high for mbbs seat.
Although getting government seat for mbbs depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, state rank, AIQ rank, etc.
For qualifying in NEET, students must have to score minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category. And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG.
