450 marks is not what experts are saying is enough. You can surely try for the government colleges. If you'll try for government college of Haryana then you'll be benefitted by your domicile certificate. BAMS or BHMS or BDS can be the branches you can surely get. You should go for central counseling, because there are a lot of government colleges and not all the seats are always filled. Sometimes student with marks much lesser than yours also get admission in Government College. for a general category student it is not possible to get a government medical college with this score. The cut off for general category is more than 550. And your score is very low compared to it. You can either take admission in private college or give one more attempt.
