With 461 marks your rank will be between 50,000 to 55,000 . You have not mentioned your state. As admission to medical colleges depends upon cut off of the Colleges and cut off varies with state. Being from general category you must need 650+ score mbbs in government college, for dental course you need minimum 550 marks
Hence you may try in state counselling of states like Punjab, haryana , Karnataka
