It would be tough to tell you the exact but based on your NEET 2018 score you might have the chance to get the state quota seats in your state. The other options you can apply for the private colleges & Deemed Universities also.

Here is a list of government medical colleges in Jharkhand and their respective cut offs in 2017 for the UR Category under the State quota. Considering this you do not seem to have any chance for admission in a government college through the state quota. Your chances for a Government college through all india quota are also bleak as you would require abovee 550 atleast for that.
