Hi aspirant.

First of all 470 is not a bad score. 10 % quota for EWS is for both education and as well as government jobs.

But only students from general category will be benefited from this reservation.

Even for NEET exam it is applicable.  And yes it will be implemented from the academic year 2019- 2020.

Since this category has been added only this year,it is difficult to know the  exact cutoff score due to lack of examples to compare with. However I would advise you to focus on both government and private colleges.
