According to previous year cut offs, you have only chances for two govt. medical colleges i.e. Govt. Medical College, Bhavnagar and M. P. Shah Medical College, Jamnagar as their cut off in 2018 was AIR 32999 and NEET rank 473 & AIR 30798 and NEET rank 478 for UR category through state quota.

You have a decent scorebut the cutoff has increased this year also for medical cutoffs are high. If you belong to Gujrat then Chances of getting government medical Colleges are low but you have chances of getting government dental colleges like

Government dental college and hospital Ahmedabad. Previous year cutoff was 370.
