Last year cut off for the College Hassan institute of medical science for state quota for OBC category was 378 and for all India quota the data is not available but for general category the cut off was 552 so for very obvious reasons the cut off for OBC category in AIQ would be above 500 and below 552.
If you have domicile of the state then you have a good chance to get the College under state quota otherwise via AIQ it seems not possible according to previous year's cut off.
Keep in mind that the cut off variates each year on the basis of no. of students appeared for the exam, difficulty of exam, change in pattern, etc.

It can be assumed that the cutoff for this year is too going to be below 400. And as you have scored 488 in NEET, you will easily get into this college.
