On such marks and category you have Very low chances of getting into any of the GMCs either in state quota of Bihar or in All India Quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 575 for Government Medical College, Bettiah under Home state quota for OBC category. But yes you can get some private colleges and deemed universities.
