I have scored 50 marks and gate score will be approx 510 can i get any IIT?

It depends upon the certain parameters like your Branch, Category etc. Since as you said you have scored the marks having the range of 50 then yaah with this marks you can take over NIT zone like Nagpur , Surat etc which might will get vary depending upon the variation in cuttoff after the declaration of results on 16th of March for all the aspirants.
