Yes, you have secured a pretty good marks in NEET UG 2019.As per your query you have not mentioned the category to which you belong to but it is certain that 85% of seats are for home state candidates and 15% are for all India rankers.You may check the previous year's cut off trends for your category, I'm sharing you the link below.Cut off may slightly increase or decrease this year

You are in general category right. Yes you can try for Government Medical Colleges of Ratlam, Vidisha, Datia, etc. Their cutoffs are expected to be around 495-500 so u seam above that with 505 marks. Getting admission into Gandhi Medical College Bhopal looks a lot difficult as the cutoffs are expected to rise this year. As u might be knowing the candidates appearing for exams had been increased and also the paper level was called easy.
So yes maybe you can get in other medical colleges of MP.
