However you do have a fair chance to get a college under 85% state counselling of some state depending on the state u belong to.
You might even try for bds course in d state colleges.
But i am sorry but you are indeed in a tough spot.
And regarding payment seats, government colleges have no paid seats.You get admission on the basis of mark n ranks
However you can try for private/deemed universities. You can have a better scope there.
