Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
According to your question, as per you rank and marks in neet you may get an average rated college. As mentioned in your question about state government college so honestly your chances to get MBBS in state government colleges would be low. But don't worry you may get colleges like :-
1) Santosh Medical College And Hospital, Santosh University, ghaziabad:-MBBS, BDS
2) JSS Medical College, Mysore:-MBBS
3) K.S. Hegde Medical Academy:-MBBS
4) Sri Siddhartha Institute of Medical Science and Research Center:-MBBS
5) Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore:-MBBS
6) MGM Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad:-MBBS
These are the colleges which you may get as per your relevant rank in Neet.

Hello,
From your profile it seems you belong to UP which has pretty high cut-offs, last year 575 marks with respective rank of 14731 secured a seat in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich for EWS Category under UP state quota, and further considering the fact that this year cut-offs are going to increase, the reason being the entire rank vs marks has gone through a drastic change with an increase of 30-40 marks make it more difficult in your case to secure a GMC seat, but you hold chances for private colleges such as Sri Rammurti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohilkhand Medical College & Hospital, Muzaffarnagar Medical College, School of Medical Sciences, (Sharda University), Hind Institute of Medical Sciences to name a few, check out previous year cut-offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up
Cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.

Hi
Your profile suggest that your domicile state is Uttar Pradesh
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 506 marks
you a low chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.
For example,
in neet 2019, 575 marks for ews category was the lowest marks to get a seat in government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
Also in other state chances of getting a Government Medical College is even lower as in other state you will have to take admission under all India quota in a government medical college for which cutoff marks go even higher when compared to state quota
But yes,
According to previous year data
With 506 marks you have good chances for govt quota seats in private medical under UP state quota which are listed :-
*Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur
*Rama Medical College Hospital, & Research Centre, Hapur
*Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi
And a few more
