In general category you cannot get seat in government college with this score.
To get seat in government college you must score 600+ for MBBS.
As cut off is very high this year, it is difficult to get seat.
However you have decent chances of getting private college.

Yes you are eligible for government colleges in India. That's a good score. You can apply through state quota because all india quota is rather high. You haven't told your state or I would have gave, you the list of colleges.
