The cut-off is higher than the marks you scored. Though, the expected cut-offs are between 105-132, which is a wide range for various NLUs across the country. It is not possible to get a seat

Here is a list of all NLUs and their respective cut off ranks in 2017 for the general category. Considering your marks, your rank will be much lower than the range mentioned in the cut off, hence you don't seem to have much chance.
