I have scored 513 in NEET PG 2021 and my AIR is 14792. I am from Tamilnadu and studied MBBS in Maharashtra I f I am taking a seat in AIQ in 1st or 2nd counselling whether I can take a seat in state quota and surrender AIQ seat Request clarify Thank you

Hello aspirant,

I want to inform you as you asked you can take PG seat in Maharashtra through state counselling as you have studied your MBBS from the same state only.

But preferably you should opt for AIQ counselling because if you are in open category there are lot of reservation in state counselling and lesser seat so there is less chance that you will be getting desired seat. If you are good branch through then why would anyone think of anything.

There are also other aspects you can have a look at that also like your willingness, your comfort, financial status,etc.
