You have not mentioned your category. Hence I assume you belong to general category.
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With UR category and 524 marks,you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota.
So, follow counselling process of your college and you might get a seat.
