I have scored 53 percentage in graduation and have secured an admission in Christ University, Lavasa. Will my graduation score affect my placement offers?

Hi,
It depends entirely on the company. Some companies keeps a criteria of 60-70% marks in graduation so that only best can apply while some other companies just see your performance in class 10 and class 12.
Most of time financial companies only ask for the past records while marketing companies do not consider your past records.
However, graduation marks may affect your placement.
